Homemade Pasta

Homemade pasta is so yummy, I’m thinking if I should invest on a noodle/ pasta roller machine! 😅 but it’s actually quite fun to make it if I have the time ☺️ luckily hubby is back so he helped out and saved me so much time! Adjusted the recipe for hot and humid Singapore. And I didn’t want to use another yolk >.< so I egg wash it with egg white instead. My oven is also too small for these loaf so they were placed near the heating coil 😅 hence it’s a bit burnt.
