Dairy-free Biscotti

First time baking biscotti. Baked this last night 10pm ?with leftover egg whites from challah bread. Was a little sleepy and set the wrong temperature hence underbaked my batter.

Decided to bake longer after freezing and cutting them into slices. But they ended up burnt ? well.

it’s my first time! Will try again when I have leftover egg whites from other baking ☺️

Ingredients:
5 egg whites (190g)
150g caster sugar
190g all purpose flour
1 lemon zest
190g mixed nuts and dried fruit ( I’m using almond , walnut and cranberry)
