Pizza Recipe adapted from @ieatishootipost , prepared the dough yesterday afternoon and left in the fridge for overnight proofing. (About 19 hours for our case). Paired with vegan mushroom soup (adapted recipe from thermomix vegan cookbook)
Using dairyfree shredded cheddar from @followyourheart and shredded mozzarella cheese from @violife_foods
Adjusted recipe to make 4 small pizzas of (total dough 650g) or 3 regular pizza for our small family.
Pizza dough -Ingredients
- bread flour 375g
- Yeast 3/4 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 tbsp
- Salt 3/4tsp
- Water 280ml
Pizza – Topping ingredients
- Mix 1/4 cup bread flour and 1/4 cup semolina flour for dusting
- Olive oil
- Vegan Mozzarella cheese @violife_foods
- Vegan cheddar cheese @followyourheart
- sweet basil
Pizza -Sauce ingredients
- tomato paste
- Garlic powder
- Pizza topper herbs
Vegan Mushroom soup – ingredients
- 1000g vegetable stock (@kallo )
- 500g mushrooms (mix of white button / brown button/portobello)
- 120g cashew nuts
- Mixed herbs (Rosemary and thyme)
- Salt and olive oil
