Received a pack of impossible ground beef from my sis-in-law and we made it into hamburger with our homemade vegan bread rolls from yesterday’s post. 😋 we paired it with stir-fry salmon mushroom pasta.
Kids love this Impossible hamburger 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ve never had a hamburger before since I don’t eat beef so I can’t tell if it’s the same from the real hamburger but hubby asked me if this is not made from meat, what does it made of?! 😅 as it tasted just like meat to him.
My sis-in-law said it tasted just like burger meat which often have a mix of grounded pork and beef. It’s quite interesting , try it if you have not! 😊
