Hubby likes this quick salmon puff made with frozen prata. It’s been more than a year since I made this. We made this a few times last year during CB😅
Just bought a big bag of frozen prata recently , so here we go again 👍🏻
Ingredients:
1 can of salmon (I used @johnwestaustralia salmon in tomato and onion)
1 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of salt
3 sheets of frozen prata @chinatownfoodsg
Steps:
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Bring out the frozen prata from the fridge
3. Cut it into half. Fold and pleat the side into a cone shape
4. Scoop a spoonful of salmon into the cone, and pleat to seal. Repeat for the rest.
5. Place on baking tray (I used my toaster) and baked at 180deg -200deg for 8-10 minutes or more until golden brown and crispy.
