Kids requested for sausage roll again. So made some using cocktail sausage. Dough recipe adapted from @sulyntan #softmilkbuns with changes to make it dairy-free and also 1.5times the original recipe to make 35 mini buns.

Ingredients:
375g bread flour
5g instant yeast
45g castor sugar
5g salt
270g unsweetened almond milk @sanitariumsingapore
30g vegan butter @earthbalance
Total dough weigh 700g (makes 35 mini buns of 20g)
Bread wash: almond milk mix with maple syrup and sprinkle some white sesame seeds
