Made a batch of our favorite bread dough (tang zhong) which weigh about 1,120g so I made them into one tray of this soft buns and another tray of coconut buns.
Note to self:
– each soft bun 30g dough (16 small buns ,total 480g of dough mix with one sachet of the quaker sesame mix)
– each coconut bun 40g dough and 20g grated coconut fillings (16 coconut buns , total dough 640g )
