Adapted from @sonianll ‘s crunchy butter cookies recipe which I used to bake a lot before becoming an #allergymama .

Ingredients:
115g dairy-free butter (one @earthbalance buttery stick)
30g icing sugar
80g bread flour
30g rice flour
Steps:
1. Cream butter and icing sugar
2. Sift in bread flour and rice flour and mix till just combined (do not over mix)
3. Fill the mixture into a piping bag with flower tip ( mine is no. 852, pipe on lined tray
4. Bake at preheated oven at 150deg (fan forced) for 15 mins.
