Fresh pasta for lunch

Vegan glass stained cookies

Baked this again and this time is for my girls’ teachers. Baby L was crying and I thought just one more minute of baking will brown (caramelized) the edges better 🤪but ended up with a tray of burnt cookies. [Thermomix] Pork floss steamed cake

A quick 45 mins recipe. We used the pot to steam instead of the thermomix though. Other than steaming, the rest of the process were done using thermomix. So it’s really easy and toddler can help to crack the eggs and put into the mixing bowl too.
